Request deletion from the app.
You can ask us to delete your NextChapter account and associated personal information at any time.

Request deletion in NextChapter
In plain wordsOn Android, open Settings > Request account deletion. On iOS, open Settings > Data & Privacy > Request Account Deletion.
Follow the confirmation steps and, if you want, tell us why you are leaving. The app sends an authenticated request so the program team can verify that it came from your account.
If you cannot use the app
In plain wordsEmail us and we will help verify your identity and start the request.
Write to privacy@fostersupport.org, or contact your Navigator or program team. Include the name you use in NextChapter and your program, but do not email passwords or other sensitive documents.
What happens next
In plain wordsWe verify and process the request, then follow up through the contact information associated with your account.
Deletion covers the account and personal information that no longer needs to be kept. Some records may be retained where required by law, a safety hold, audit requirements, or program obligations. Retained records stay protected and are used only for those required purposes.
